For Homes

Your home should be the best recovery tool you own.

Most homes are designed to look good. Very few are designed around how the people in them sleep, train and recover. We specify the home your reading asks for, then see it delivered properly.

A reading, not a showroom

We start with you, not the equipment.

Before anything is chosen, we take a measured picture of the person the home serves: how you train, how you sleep, where your recovery is holding up and where it is not.

The specification answers the reading. If recovery is where you are losing ground, that is where the money goes first. If you already train well, we will not sell you a bigger gym.

If you already have a personal reading from LUNARRÁ Performance, we build from that.

What the standard covers

Four elements, treated as one system.

Each element is specified for your home and your supply, sourced from suppliers we trust, and installed by a partner we hold to the standard.

01

Air

Filtration and ventilation

What we look at
The rooms you sleep, train and recover in, how they are used, and what the air in them is doing to you.
What the standard governs
Purification and ventilation sized to each room, so they support sleep and recovery instead of fighting them.
02

Water

Purification

What we look at
Your actual local supply, and where water matters most in the house.
What the standard governs
Whole-home or point-of-use purification, specified on the supply you have, not chosen from a brochure.
03

Movement

The gym

What we look at
How you train now, how you want to train, and who else in the house will use the space.
What the standard governs
Space, flooring and equipment chosen around your training. Everything in the room earns its place. Nothing is there for show.
04

Recovery

Heat, cold and sleep

What we look at
Where your recovery is failing, and what your days and nights actually look like.
What the standard governs
Sauna, steam or cold exposure where the reading supports it, and the bedroom: temperature, light and sound treated as one system.

Who does what

One standard to deal with, not five contractors and a guess.

We own the specification and the relationship with you. Partners do the physical work. You always know who is responsible for what.

Briefing us

What helps us most in a first conversation.

If you are arranging this for someone else, as an assistant, a family office or their architect, this list is yours too. Rough answers are fine.

  • Where the home is, and whether it is a new build, a renovation or an existing space
  • Who will use it, and how they train and recover now
  • Which elements interest you most: air, water, movement or recovery
  • The space you have, with plans or photographs if they exist
  • Timing, and whether other works are already planned
  • A budget range, if you are able to share one
  • Who approves decisions, and who we deal with day to day

Start with a conversation about your home.

Tell us where it is and who it is for. We reply by email, and if it looks like a fit we arrange a conversation.
