For Hospitality

Give guests a reason to choose you, and a reason to come back.

For hotels, villas and serviced apartments, in the UK and the Caribbean. We read where the property stands today, then build the programme, spaces and packages that lift the guest experience and the revenue beyond the room.

Who it is for

Owners and operators who know the property could do more.

Owners, general managers, management companies, and the operators of villas and serviced apartments.

Most properties already have more than they use: a gym nobody programmes, a spa that runs separately from everything else, quiet months that nobody has planned for. We start with what you have before we suggest building anything new.

The reading

One reading, three questions.

Every engagement starts with a structured reading of the property, completed with the owner or general manager. It shows what is already working and earning, as clearly as what is missing.

The guest experience

What guests can do here, the spaces they use, and what they leave with that they could not get elsewhere.

The commercial picture

What wellbeing earns beyond the room, how it carries the quieter months, and whether it brings guests back.

People and partners

Whether your team can deliver it consistently, how much rests on one or two people, and who locally you can work with.

A reading shows where to look and in what order. It does not, on its own, put a figure on what a gap is costing you. Where we compare against the industry, we say where each figure comes from.

What we build

The reading sets the order. These are the usual answers.

You only see the parts that fit your property. Most properties start with one or two.

01

Guest programme and signature experiences

What it answers
Guests with nothing to do, or nothing that sets you apart.
What it is
A wellness and performance programme guests can see, book and remember, built around the property and the place it sits in.
What you receive
The programme design, the practitioners and partners to deliver it, and the training your team needs to run it.
02

Recovery and fitness spaces

What it answers
Spaces that are missing, or there but not doing their job.
What it is
Gyms, saunas, steam rooms, cold exposure and treatment space specified to the LUNARRÁ Living Standard, from a refit of what is there to a new build.
What you receive
The specification, supplier selection and a delivery partner held to it.
03

Packages and revenue beyond the room

What it answers
Wellbeing that costs money instead of earning it, and quiet months with nothing to sell.
What it is
Packages that bring rooms, fitness, spa and dining together for different kinds of guest, and give the quieter months a reason to book.
What you receive
The packages, how they are priced and sold, and who in your team owns them.
04

Villas and serviced apartments

What it answers
Residences that look alike, and a standard that slips between guests.
What it is
Residences equipped and run to the LUNARRÁ Living Standard. The owner keeps the asset, an operating partner runs it day to day, and we set the standard it is run to.
What you receive
The specification for each residence, the operating standard, and regular checks that it is being met.

Retreats held at your property can be designed with our sister division, LUNARRÁ Experiences.

Built from the inside

This comes from running hotel wellness, not advising on it.

Ramón Wright spent years inside hotels and residences: building Fairmont Windsor Park's first wellbeing offer before opening, leading fitness at Corinthia London, and opening the leisure club at Audley Cooper's Hill.

The job was the same each time. Work out who is coming through the door, and build the right offer for each of them, usually without new capital to spend. That is the thinking behind the reading.

Past roles before LUNARRÁ, listed as experience. These are not LUNARRÁ Living clients.

How an engagement runs

Read, prioritise, build, review.

  1. 01

    Read

The structured reading with the owner or general manager, and time at the property.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

We agree the first two or three priorities with you, and what success should look like for each.

  3. 03

    Build

Programme, spaces or packages, delivered with your team and our partners, in an order the property can absorb.

  4. 04

    Review

We read the property again and show you what moved, and what to do next.

Tell us about the property.

Where it is, what kind of property it is, and what you would like it to do better. We reply by email, and if it looks like a fit we arrange a conversation.
